FAQs

When will my order arrive?

Orders can take up to 7 business day to ship (sometimes less depending on the volume of orders). From there USPS can take anywhere from 2-5 days to get your package to you. Once a package ships it is out of my hands and Destinee Creates Stuff and Destinee Fisher are not responsible for any delays or damage. If you have any concerns about the location or condition your package arrived in, please contact the US Postal Service. Find them HERE.

Any other concerns can be emailed at destineecreatesstuf@gmail.com.

If you have preordered an item please read the description in the listing that item to see how long it will take to  receive it. All preorder timelines are a guesstimate and could change based off of my suppliers actions. Please be patient.

Where's my package?/ Why is it taking so long?/ My tracking has been saying the same thing for a while...

Once your package is dropped off at USPS, I am no longer responsible for it and I unfortunately cannot control what happens to your order once it leaves me. All orders come with tracking and I ask that you contact USPS first to help with your order. If there are still issues, reach out and I will try to help, but I am not responsible for USPS's mishandling of packages, mistakes, or technical difficulties. Destinee Creates Stuff and Destinee Fisher will not be replacing lost or damaged packages.

Can you personalize my card and send it for me?

I no longer offer personalized cards. I apologize for the inconvenience.

Why does the shipping cost so much for a card?

I ship all cards in a protective plastic sleeve and in a 5" x 7" rigid envelope. This makes the shipping cost more than a normal postage stamp. I want to protect your greeting cards and a rigid envelope helps to better guarantee that. I do not mail cards in the regular envelope.

Do you combine shipping if I order more than one item?

Yeap! I package everything together as safely as I can! If you order multiple prints or cards, they may come packaged in the same plastic sleeve to reduce the waste of single use packaging.

If your shipping feels a little high, contact me and we'll try to get it straightened out!
